The Cliffden Hotel is located on Dawlish Road, around a ten-minute walk North East of Teignmouth train station. The hotel overlooks the 7 acre garden grounds, Eastcliff Park and the sea beyond.
Teignmouth is located on the East coast of Devon, around 17miles from Exeter and the M5 motorway. Exeter Airport is around 25 minutes away by car.

From The North and Wales
Follow the M5 motorway until joining the Devon Expy/A38 (signs for A380/ Torquay) and continue onto the A380. Take the B3192 exit for Teignmouth and continue ahead for approximately five miles. Turn left onto Exeter Rd/ A379, continuing ahead through the first roundabout. At the second roundabout take the 1st exit onto Myrtle Hill/ A379 and then turn left onto Dawlish Road. The hotel is on your right.
From Cornwall and the South
Join the A30 North from Cornwall. Follow signs to A38/ Plymouth. Join the Devon Expressway/ A38. Take the exit towards Ch.knighton/B3344/Kingsteignton/B3193.
Turn onto Clay Ln/ B3193. Merge onto the A380 towards Newquay. Exit the roundabout towards Teignmouth road. Pass the train station, then take the 1st exit onto Myrtle Hill/ A379 and then turn left onto Dawlish Road. The hotel is on your right.
