How to book
You can book your holiday by phone, email or directly online.
To book online, simply select Monday or Friday as your arrival date, then chose your number of nights and search for availability.

A credit card is required to confirm your booking and full payment will be taken at the time of arrival.
Bookings are non-refundable.
No cancellations permitted.
Holidays available from September 2025, subject to availability.
Bookings must be made a minimum of two days in advance.
Art holiday classes are subject to minimum numbers. To proceed, no fewer than two and no more than six participants are required.
Bookings are inclusive of a 3-course set menu dinner, lunch and buffet breakfast.
No refund or alternative for unused elements.
Booking is non-transferable.
Prices start from £540 per person, based on two adults sharing a standard twin or double room. Prices for a non- painting partner are available on request. Please contact the hotel for more information.
Itinerary and workshops may change due to weather or availability.
All sessions are optional but encouraged for a full experience.
Please treat fellow guests, staff, and the venue with respect.
Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal without refund.
You accept all risks associated with travel and art activities.

You retain full ownership of your own artwork.

3-night Weekend Art Holiday Package
Refine your artistic skills on our three-night weekend getaway from £540 per person.
Arrival Friday
Check-in from 4.00pm and settle into your room before dining in the restaurant from 6.00pm. At 7.30pm there will be a meet and greet with Paul your teacher for the art retreat.
Day 1
Fill up on breakfast and start painting at 10.00am. A hearty lunch is served at 12.30pm to keep the creative juices flowing for the afternoon. After a quick tea and coffee break at 2.45pm, the painting will finish at 4.00pm. In the evening, join us in the restaurant for dinner from 6.00pm
Day 2
Start the day with a filling breakfast before starting painting at 10.00am. Lunch is 12.30pm before the afternoon painting session. Teas and coffees are served at 2.45pm and the last of the painting until 4.00pm. You could explore the gardens, or take a bracing walk on the beach before dinner from 6.00pm.
Day 3
Make a final visit to the restaurant for breakfast before checking-out by 11, but feel free to enjoy the facilities, including the pool, before saying your goodbyes and departing for home.
4-night Midweek Art Holiday Package
Enjoy a four-night midweek break to enhance your oil painting skills from £755 per person.
Arrival Monday
Check-in from 4.00pm and settle into your room before dining in the restaurant from 6.00pm. At 7.30pm there will be a meet and greet with Paul your teacher for the art retreat.

About Paul Dolman
Paul Dolman is a British landscape artist known for his atmospheric paintings that depict the interplay of light and nature. Originally from Derbyshire, Paul spent a lot of his youth in Devon, fostering his passion for art and the outdoors. He transitioned from pottery design to illustration before focusing on painting landscapes.
Now residing on the south coast, he draws inspiration from the sea, sky, and light. His work, characterised by mood and texture, uses oil paints and mixed media to create vibrant, layered scenes. Dolman's paintings have been exhibited globally, including in Highcliffe Castle, which appeared in ITV’s Mr Selfridge.
